Like you, our thoughts have been focused on the current situation that the world finds itself in with the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the impact that it is having on our daily lives. Foremost in all our minds is the wellbeing of our family, clients and colleagues.
In times when we experience the unexpected, adaptability is essential in navigating towards a new reality. Below I have outlined some of the measures that we have taken, and how we intend to reach out to help you navigate these extraordinary times as well. When we are in the eye of the storm, it is sometimes difficult to imagine beyond it; but I for one have no doubt that we will weather the storm of the virus and its impact, together.
At Urban Exposure the safety and wellbeing of our employees is our top priority. Our workforce is now working remotely from home with the same functionality they would have in the office. This means that you are able to contact our team as usual and they will continue to have access to all the information they need to carry out their roles. We continue to diligently heed government advice and our employees are briefed on all current guidance.
We are mindful of the unique nature of the new work environment we find ourselves in and have implemented systems and procedures to ensure that our technology and communication platforms deliver a seamless experience with as little disruption as possible. Our team leaders are focused on maintaining a healthy, collaborative and motivated workforce and are in constant contact with all of our employees to provide support as needed. The dedication of the Urban Exposure team has not wavered, and we are as committed as ever to providing the flexible, innovative and high-quality level of service that our clients expect on a daily basis throughout this situation.

Managing during the uncertainty
Whilst maintaining a ‘business as usual’ mindset in our operations, we realise that the familiar environment which we knew only a couple of weeks ago is changing rapidly. We advise you in the immediate days and weeks ahead to make and implement contingency plans, so that we can manage risk diligently as our collective first priority. This is a scenario the industry has never dealt with before, and we will all need to work our way through it together.
Communication and collaboration are more important than ever, and we feel it is important to build a strong virtual community with you during this time. We are here to listen to you, plan with you and problem solve together. We can be in regular contact through your preferred communication channel to ensure we are working together to understand how we can help you with your next steps, what measures you can take to protect your projects and assets and mitigate risk. Standing the test of time
The whole world is watching this pandemic unfold as we each figure out what is next. We are sure that when the uncertainty finally abates, opportunity will rebound in the property industry. We realise that the effects of Covid-19 will not dissipate as quickly as it disrupted the world, but by staying true to our long-term principles, determination and innovative spirit, we have the ability to help our clients see it through.
