We are a principle lender of Senior and Stretch-Senior Debt for a broad range of real estate development projects.
We pride ourselves on helping developers with established track records across a variety of asset classes: from residential, mixed-use and student accommodation to hospitality, rental accommodation and retirement living.
Our finance costs allow for the purchase of the site, construction costs, professional fees and interest. Our minimum loan size is £20m. There is no maximum loan size. Projects should generally fall within a 4 year term or less, though for larger phased schemes there is no term restriction.
Whilst we prefer schemes with full planning permission, we will lend on schemes requiring enhancements to existing consents.
We have extensive in-house development expertise which we use to appraise all aspects of a scheme, adding value as a partner, not just a lender.
