We can offer developers of hotels and serviced apartments flexible financial support to assist them through a projects lifecycle, from repayment via refinancing or sale.
We offer up to 90% of cost and 75% of GDV upon stabilisation, allowing for the purchase of a site, construction charges, professional fees and interest.
Projects should generally fall within a 4 year term or less, and into the initial operational phase with up to a further two years stabilisation period.
While we prefer schemes with full planning permission, we will also finance those that require further consent. We support developments across a variety of locations within the UK from city centres to business hubs, which have either direct leases or a long term management agreement with a leading operator. We fund emerging operators based on their aspirations for differentiation, brand investment and target market.
