Urban Exposure recognise that no two deals are alike and will work with you to find a solution. We will consider a broad range of projects including land (with planning), refurbishment, completed development refinancing, mixed-use properties, student accommodation, retirement living and PRS schemes across the UK.
Our minimum loan size is £20m on a 1st charge basis. There is no maximum loan size and no exit penalties. Facilities will generally fall within a 24 month term or less.
