We pride ourselves on helping developers with established track records across a breadth of asset classes: from residential, mixed-use and student accommodation to hospitality, rental accommodation and retirement living.

We finance a broad range of new-build and refurbishment projects with our long-term deals. With a minimum loan size of £20m and no maximum, our finance costs allow for the purchase of a site, construction charges, professional fees and interest.

Projects should generally fall within a four-year term or less, though for larger phased schemes there is no term restriction. And while we prefer schemes with full planning permission, we will also finance those that require further consent.

What’s more, we don’t just use our extensive in-house expertise to carefully structure solid finance deals, we use it to guide our developers through the lifetime of each project. So we’re not just lenders — we’re also partners.
